Bull Point Plantation partners with Coastal Security Services Inc., a trusted, locally owned firm based in Bluffton, SC. Specializing in Lowcountry community security since 2006, their trained personnel are committed to resident safety and property protection.
Security Highlights:
- Manned Guardhouse: Staffed seven days a week, 7 AM – 6 PM by armed officers
- RFID Vehicle Access: Seamless gate entry via ALTA RFID tags
- Nightly Security Tours: Enforcing POA regulations and vendor compliance
- Daily Camera Audits: Ensuring after-hours enforcement and incident tracking

Bull Point uses the ALTA RFID system to manage vehicle entry and enhance community security.
Need an RFID Tag? Follow These Steps:
1. Visit the Guardhouse and request an Official RFID Request Form
2. Bring documentation: Closing statement, lease, or proof of residence
3. Submit completed form:
- Required form is available via Owner Login or from the Guardhouse
- Drop off during guardhouse hours (7 AM – 6 PM)
- Or email to: guardhouse@bullpointpoa.org
