  • On-site day parking for trailers and vehicles
  • Floating dock with cleat tie-ups for secure and flexible docking
  • Open for short-term use, with up to 24-hour tie-ups allowed at any of the community's three docks

Conveniently located within the community, this landing makes it easy to start your day on the water—and return with ease.


Part of a Greater Network of Water Access

Murdaugh Landing is one of three community docks at Bull Point Plantation, complementing:

  • William Bull Park Dock, ideal for sunset returns and neighborhood gatherings
  • Magnolia Island Dock, offering access to the island's private day camp and event space

Together, these docks provide members with comprehensive access to the Huspah Creek, Port Royal Sound, and the open waters beyond.

Murdaugh Landing, like all Bull Point docks, is shared by members and their guests. As part of the Bull Point boating community, we ask members to observe the following:

  • Dock for no more than 24 hours
  • Use facilities responsibly and share access respectfully
