Boating at Bull Point

Lowcountry Waters, Limitless Adventures

At Bull Point Plantation, life on the water is not just a pastime—it's a way of life. Framed by the tranquil arms of the Huspah Creek, our private community offers direct access to pristine tidal waterways where boating, fishing, shrimping, and crabbing become part of the everyday rhythm. With three community docks, thoughtful infrastructure, and unmatched natural beauty, Bull Point invites members to explore the Lowcountry by water.

A Legacy of Connection to the Water

From its earliest days, Bull Point's development embraced the land's relationship with the water. Named locations such as William Bull Park, Magnolia Island, and Murdaugh Landing reflect the region's heritage and the individuals who shaped it.

  • David Murdaugh, namesake of Murdaugh Landing, played a key role in Bull Point's development, providing essential services that supported the community's vision.
  • These waterways were once used by the area's indigenous tribes and later by colonial settlers, serving as highways for trade, travel, and sustenance.
