Overlooking the serene Huspah Creek, this 6,500-square-foot gathering space brings residents together in a setting that reflects both Southern elegance and Lowcountry tranquility. Whether you're diving into a favorite novel, sharing stories by the firepit, or meeting friends for a fitness class, the Clubhouse offers spaces for connection, relaxation, and well-being.
Library & Book Club
Our cozy, resident-curated Bull Point Library is a quiet retreat for readers of all tastes:
- Open to all members, with self-service book checkout.
- Features a rotating selection of genres—from Southern fiction to biographies and thrillers.
- Book Club meets regularly to discuss shared reads in a welcoming, informal setting.
- The Beaufort County Library Bookmobile visits the Clubhouse parking area every other Monday, expanding access to new titles and local services.
Pool Area: A Lowcountry Escape
The Bull Point pool is a favorite for families and couples alike—offering relaxation and recreation with breathtaking views of the marsh along the Huspah.
- Hours: Open daily, dawn to dusk.
- Enjoy grills, a fully-equipped pool house kitchen, and shaded lounge areas.
- Gather with neighbors at the poolside fire pit for sunset happy hours.
- Perfect for morning laps, weekend swims, or an afternoon with the kids.
- Pool rules and seasonal updates are posted at the entrance and in the Owner Login.
- Hot Tub Hours: Dawn til dusk
- The hot tub is operated via a timer located on the nearby fence. To begin, simply turn the dial to activate both the heater and spa jets simultaneously. Please allow approximately 15 to 20 minutes for the water to reach a comfortable temperature of 100°F.
After use, kindly turn the timer to the "off" position to conserve energy. A hand skimmer is provided for gently removing any natural debris before or after your soak.

Fitness Center: Wellness in Every Season
Recently refreshed in August 2024, our Fitness Center supports a wide range of wellness goals in a private, welcoming setting.
- Open 24/7, no keycard access required.
- Features top-tier cardio machines, free weights, resistance equipment, and stretching areas.
- Sauna with timer-activated steam for post-workout recovery.
- Water aerobics (fee per person) and other private-member-organized fitness classes are also available.
Private Fitness Instruction, Right at Home
Bull Point has partnered with select local fitness professionals to offer private classes tailored to members' individual needs—providing personal instruction without ever leaving the community.
Offerings are based on instructor availability and currently do not include personal weight training professionals. We continue to explore opportunities to expand these services to best support our members' wellness goals.
Racquet Sports: Play Your Way
Bull Point's well-maintained courts are perfect for both competitive and casual play:
- Tennis and pickleball courts available from sunrise to sunset.
