114 Barnaby Bluff: Repair, Repaint & Refresh

**Photos of New Clubhouse Colors chosen by membership**

It has been a number of years since the buildings at 114 Barnaby Bluff have been painted. This long overdue project will address wood rot repairs where there is significant deterioration from time and weather around windows, trim, pickets, railings, and decking. The buildings that will be addressed are the clubhouse, pool house, pool equipment building, racquet court shed, pool gates, and fences. Thank you Members for choosing the paint colors!

The light fixtures and fans are also showing significant age and will be replaced with similar designs in keeping with the architecture of our beautiful clubhouse and pool house.

Low maintenance black powder-coated aluminum fencing will be added to the racquet courts to replace the overgrown and rotted fence. The heavy wooden gates at the pool will be replaced with a similar light weight design that will eliminate opening and closing issues and constant repairs.

The parking lot potholes will be addressed and the surface rejuvenated with an asphalt coating to extend the life of the existing asphalt. The parking lot will have new line striping, parking stops,  as well as a few new parking spots added for golf carts.

To finish off the project, the irrigation will be restored and new plantings will be installed.

Work on this project is slated to start in early September. Thank you to all of the neighbors who helped research, plan, and oversee this important project. We look forward to seeing the progress!
