Bull Point Plantation is a private, gated community nestled along the peaceful Huspah Creek. All property owners are members of the Bull Point Plantation Property Owners Association, with professional management by Atlantic States Management, security by Coastal Security Services Inc., and landscaping by Beach Hill Landscaping LLC.
Residents enjoy deep water access, a private boat landing, freshwater lakes, scenic docks, and a tranquil bird sanctuary. The 6,500-square-foot clubhouse features meeting spaces, a library, fitness center, sauna, and a viewing deck. A waterfront pool, pool house, and hot tub complete the resort-style amenities.
